Our Mission

Equip business professionals to understand, design, and apply AI-driven workflows — independently.

Thinking over tools

We teach how to think about AI systems — so the skills transfer anywhere, not just where we point you.

Capability, not dependency

You leave able to build more workflows on your own. The program does not build them for you.

Structured and hands-on

Live sessions, small cohorts, and between-session application. Not passive video content.

Honest about scope

Educational program only. Not consulting, not advisory. No business outcomes guaranteed.

Core Skills

What you'll actually learn

Not tool tutorials. Structured thinking — how to interact with AI, break tasks into steps, and build systems that work for your specific context.

01

Structure Inputs Effectively

How you frame a task determines the output. Learn to communicate with AI systems clearly — format, specificity, and context all matter.

02

Design Multi-Step Workflows

Break complex processes into clean, repeatable steps using trigger → process → output logic. This is how functional workflows are actually built.

03

Control Output Quality

Understand what changes outputs — tone, format, structure — and how to iterate toward exactly what you need without starting over.

04

Combine Tools into Systems

Learn the logic behind connecting multiple AI tools into a working system. Platform-agnostic thinking that applies anywhere.

05

Apply Across Business Areas

The same workflow principles apply to marketing, hiring, operations, finance, and more. Learn the thinking; adapt it to your context yourself.

06

Use AI Responsibly

Understand capabilities, limitations, privacy considerations, and where human judgment must stay in the loop — and why it matters.

Program Structure

Three weekends.
One real capability.

Each weekend builds on the last. By Weekend 3, you're applying what you've built — independently — and the program evaluates your work, not tells you what to do.

Weekend 1

Foundations & Core Skill Building

Focus: Understanding how AI and workflows actually work

Build the mental model everything else runs on. No assumptions about prior knowledge.

  • How modern AI systems function (capabilities + limitations)
  • Input design — how to structure instructions clearly
  • Output control — format, tone, and structure
  • Iteration and refinement techniques
  • Workflow logic: breaking tasks into structured steps
  • Introduction to automation concepts (trigger → process → output)
  • Tool awareness — what tools do, not step-by-step usage
  • Privacy and responsible AI use
Outcome: You understand how to interact with AI effectively, how to break tasks into structured steps, and how workflows are formed conceptually.
Weekend 2

Applied Workflow Thinking by Domain

Focus: Applying the same core concepts across different business areas

Same underlying skills — different contexts. Not business strategy. Workflow design applied to real domains.

  • Marketing / Content — structuring repeatable content pipelines
  • Sales / Communication — multi-step outreach and messaging flows
  • Hiring / Evaluation — standardizing decision inputs and outputs
  • Customer Support — organizing consistent response patterns
  • Operations / Admin — breaking down recurring internal processes
  • Finance / Organization — structuring financial data for readable outputs
Outcome: You understand how the same workflow principles apply everywhere — and how to adapt them to your own needs.
Weekend 3

Independent Application & Review

Focus: Participant-led implementation

You apply what you've learned between sessions. Weekend 3 is about evaluation — not instruction.

  • Participants bring a self-built workflow
  • Program evaluates clarity of workflow structure
  • Identifies issues in input/output design
  • Provides general AI usage guidance only
  • No business-specific recommendations made
  • No building or modifying workflows for participants
Outcome: You leave with at least one self-designed workflow and the ability to build more independently.
Eligibility

This program works because
we keep it honest.

Small cohorts. Clear expectations. We review every application — not everyone is a fit, and that's by design.

This is for you if —

  • You have a lean team with limited technical background
  • You want to understand and apply AI workflows yourself
  • You're willing to attend all three weekends live
  • You're ready to experiment and implement concepts independently between sessions
  • You take responsibility for your own implementation decisions

This is not for you if —

  • You're seeking consulting, advisory services, or done-for-you solutions
  • You expect the program to build or optimize workflows for your business
  • You're looking for business strategy or optimization recommendations
  • You're unwilling to engage actively and apply concepts independently

Support Structure

What support looks like — and what it doesn't

We're an educational program. Support exists to help you understand concepts — not to make business decisions for you.

What support covers

  • Explaining how tools function
  • Clarifying concepts from sessions
  • Fixing prompt or input structure issues
  • Providing general AI usage guidance

What support does not cover

  • Advising on business decisions
  • Designing or modifying workflows for participants
  • Suggesting what participants "should" implement
  • Business strategy or optimization recommendations
What Sets This Apart

Not another AI tools course

Thinking over toolsTeaches workflow design, not prebuilt systems or platform walkthroughs.

Small cohorts10 participants maximum per niche — real interaction, focused sessions.

Participant-drivenYou implement. We don't do it for you — which means you actually learn it.

Independence firstThe goal is that you leave capable of building more — without needing us.

Honest scopeEducation only. No consulting, no strategy, no guaranteed outcomes.
